Yes, LYNX will provide training. Part-time bus operators have to complete 30-35 training sessions that last three hours each. Full-time bus operators have to complete seven weeks of full-time training.
No, but you must possess a valid Florida driver's license.
Yes, but first it will be your responsibility to obtain a CDL Class B permit with a passenger endorsement prior to hire. This is a written test given by the Department of Motor Vehicles at no charge to you. Once you are in a training class, LYNX will administer the driving portion of the CDL test to enable trainees to obtain their CDL license.
