In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation as set forth in 49 C.F.R. Part 26, as amended, the LYNX in Orlando, Florida, hereby notifies the public that it is recommending the following Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for applicable professional services, construction and procurement contracts during Fiscal Year 2010, beginning October 1, 2009 and ending September 30, 2010. The overall total DBE goal for Fiscal Year 2010 is 9%.  Information pertaining to this goal and a description of how it was selected is available for inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) at the LYNX Administrative Offices, 455 North Garland Avenue, Orlando, Florida  32801 for 30 days following the date of this notice. Written comments on this goal will be accepted for 45 days from the date of this notice.  The comments are for informational purposes only and may be sent to the Manager of Compliance, same address, or to the Regional Civil Rights Officer, Federal Transit Administration, Region IV, 230 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 800, Atlanta, GA 30303.
