Global IT Outage Impacts ACCESS LYNX and NeighborLink Reservation System
The Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority reservation system is down for ACCESS LYNX and NeighborLink customers. The current global IT outage has impacted the booking web portal where customers reserve, change or cancel a trip. Delays are anticipated. Customers are encouraged to call LYNX Customer Service (407) 841-LYNX (5969) and work with a representative regarding their trip.
